Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback to inform improvements in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
