General Manager (Sales) will lead a team of sales professionals focused on channel development and overall sales balancing between the regional goals and overall company strategy. The GM is responsible for aspects of recruiting, training, and mentoring the team while managing the alignment and performance of goals.

The GM is also responsible for internal communication of market conditions, resources needed, and the overall profitability of the region for non-operations factors.

Average regional business is $100M in revenue.

Accountable for managing to a Regional EBIT target and SGA budgets.

Submit annual forecast by product category and provide quarterly reviews on these forecasts.
