OBO Skills Gap Analysis Analyst - U.S. Citizen eligible for an Interim Secret Clearance 100 Remote - Must Have - 2+ years in conducting Skills Gap Analyses, 2+ years of client facing federal consulting experience, 2-5 years Talent Managementhuman capital experience, 2-5 years experience working with cross functional teams, experience developing high-quality deliverables (PowerPoints, reports, Excel documents) strong critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills A Skills Gap Analysis Analyst will help lead the process of conducting a Skills Gap Analysis for a federal client. Activities include project management, identifying high level requirements, conducting interviews with stakeholders, researching industry best practices, proposing strategic recommendations, and developing recommendations and presentations to present progress to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Not Required Prior experience with The State Department. Soft Skills - They will need to be self-starting, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. They will frequently interact with clients and stakeholders through interviews, discussions, and working groupcommittee meetings. They will also be expected to draft high-quality deliverables ranging from meeting minutes through strategic recommendations reports.
