Determining taxability of assets
Analyzing transactions
Identifying tax elections for filing
Reviewing trust and estate documents
Assisting with administration of estates
Serving as a resource to F+H team members for all things Estate, Gift and GST-related
Charitable filings related to estates
You need
Knowledge of preparation of Estate, Gift and GST tax returns
Proficiency in reading and interpreting estate tax documents
Knowledge and experience with fiduciary and individual tax helpful
Exposure to estate administration, including fundings helpful
A background in accounting, tax, or law
An ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
To handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
An understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
