Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Sourcing Partner will lead the development of sourcing strategies to identify and attract prospective talent. This position will have full responsibility for prospective candidate sourcing and screening while interacting daily with hiring stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Act as a strategic advisor within the Talent Sourcing function; develop effective working relationships with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partners

-Lead and facilitate sourcing strategy intake sessions with hiring managers and TA recruiters

-Identify, source, and screen prospective talent in multiple fields, including engineering, operations, business development, and more

-Analyze, understand, and communicate key market data in order influence sourcing/hiring decisions

-Participate in other Talent Sourcing projects as requested

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- HS Diploma/Equivalent plus relevant experience

-2-3 years of relevant experience including acting as a full lifecycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate and/or agency recruiting environments

-Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, social networking, referrals, database mining, etc.)

-Experience qualifying and cultivating passive candidates

-Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

-Demonstrated track record partnering with hiring managers and delivering top talent quickly and efficiently

-Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize a high requisition load in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Experience working in a large, matrixed environment in a company with 10,000+ employees

- Experience working in large organizations with a geographically dispersed workforce

- Experience sourcing in domains such as Information Technology, Engineering, Aerospace

-Ability to work within a dynamic team environment

-Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday)

-Strong business acumen and knowledge of labor market conditions
