Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and support requests via instant messaging on various social media platforms with professionalism and courtesy.
- Help users troubleshoot issues related to their social media accounts and guide them through solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to enrich the overall customer experience.
- Foster positive engagement by actively interacting with users and building an online community.
- Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team members to enhance support strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform developments to deliver relevant and timely assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or social media support is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their features.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficient in using CRM software and instant messaging tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
