Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, service details, fare information, and policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and transportation partners to address customer needs and optimize service delivery.
- Educate clients about transportation options, safety protocols, and the claims process.
- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve the quality of service provided.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the transportation or logistics sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work diverse hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
