We are currently hiring a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking Industry, offering a remote position based in Greece. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and financial products.
- Effectively address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups on pending issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tackle more complex customer queries and enhance service quality.
- Educate clients about banking processes, new product offerings, and security measures to enhance their experience.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
