We are currently seeking a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Travel, offering a remote position based in Greece. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding their online travel reservations through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to itineraries, bookings, cancellations, and travel policies.
- Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
- Document customer interactions accurately to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service quality.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, services, and promotions to provide accurate assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
