Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries regarding travel services.
- Provide timely updates on flight statuses, cancellations, and other travel-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database.
- Keep up-to-date with the airline’s policies, procedures, and offerings to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or aviation industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
