This role is perfect for coffee enthusiasts who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support while working from the comfort of their own home in Greece.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and technical support for coffee machines.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and best practices for use.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns and inquiries.
- Promote the brand’s products and offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or luxury goods sector.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A love for coffee and an interest in coffee machines is a significant advantage!
