Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to present a remote opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for a renowned brand specializing in high-end coffee machines. This role is perfect for coffee enthusiasts who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support while working from the comfort of their own home in Greece.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and technical support for coffee machines.
  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and best practices for use.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Promote the brand’s products and offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A love for coffee and an interest in coffee machines is a significant advantage!
