This role is perfect for individuals based in Greece who are passionate about technology and providing excellent customer support to clients in the electronics sector.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for electronic devices.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product offerings to answer customer questions accurately.
- Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service expectations.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology industry is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
