- Handle customer complaints and troubleshooting requests efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay updated on financial services, regulations, and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously to ensure comprehensive records.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
