Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking banking clients through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, and a variety of banking products and services.
- Guide clients through banking procedures, policies, and compliance to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions seamlessly in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to manage complex inquiries and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest banking products and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector is preferred.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
