This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, assisting French-speaking clients with their online shopping experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order placements, returns, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  • Engage in training programs to further develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest in fashion and a commitment to assisting customers in finding their ideal products.
