French Speaking Content Moderator - Remote in Greece

In this important role, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and creating a positive and safe online environment for French-speaking users. This position allows you to work from home while playing a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of a leading social media platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate content submitted by users to ensure it aligns with established community standards.
• Engage with users by responding to inquiries regarding moderation policies and content issues.
• Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content, escalating issues as necessary.
• Analyze content trends and user behavior to adjust moderation strategies effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions for accountability and reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to improve moderation guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with moderation tools and community safety practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online communities and compliance with community standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address content challenges.
