Responsibilities

• Engage with French-speaking clients to understand their needs and requirements regarding online payment solutions.
• Provide tailored advice and support in the implementation and optimization of online payment systems for a variety of businesses.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of clients' existing payment processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations.
• Assist clients in navigating complex payment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in online payment solutions to provide relevant insights to clients.
• Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through exemplary service and communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Proven experience in consulting, particularly in online payment solutions or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, gateways, and associated compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with a focus on problem-solving and strategic planning.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects efficiently.
