We are expanding our freight forwarding teams and currently looking for new team members as: Freight Forwarding specialists.

Your responsibilities:

  • Search for carriers import/export (partial loads), cultivation of the customer portfolio;
  • Engage in cargo exchange operations. Participate in the trading of cargo on exchanges.
  • Organization and control of cargo transportation according to the assigned directions;
  • Collaborate with clients and partners, handle communication, and provide database support.
  • Assessment of customer needs and execution of orders. Control of the movement of transport;
  • Engaging in negotiations, finalizing agreements, and overseeing document management.

 

 We believe that  you:

  • Accumulated at least 1-3 years of work experience in the transport or logistics sector;
  • Have an understanding of the intricacies of cargo transportation. ;
  • Communicate in English, Russian (oral and written), knowledge of Polish is an advantage;
  • Have good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Demonstrating responsibility, organizational skills, results-driven focus, and the ability to manage stressful situations.

 

The salary for this position is based on your work experience and competencies.
