Job Description: We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team! Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will have a critical role in Phreesia's reporting and analytics by focusing on top-line revenue through performance analysis, scenario analysis, revenue forecasting and revenue supporting. You will analyze key financial metrics that will directly influence our strategic decisions. What You’ll Do: Assist in monthly analysis of Top-Line performance and communication of results to company leadership Assist in revenue forecasting for financial planning, scenario analysis, and other strategic projects Create/maintain Top-Line KPIs/metrics to better understand the business and impact decision-making and strategic direction Become an expert in all Top-Line metrics including bookings, revenue, and other revenue related KPIs Support the creation and organization of monthly and quarterly materials for the leadership team Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and Client Success to analyze/improve reporting and drive outcome Automate manual reporting efforts through creating reports and dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, and Salesforce Partner with Investor Relations for earnings preparation and strategic finance projects What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in in finance, accounting, business, or economics and 2+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Sales Operation, Investment Banking, Consulting or other related fields Relevant public company experience preferred; experience analyzing booking or revenue in a SaaS business a plus Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and Proficiency analyzing large data sets Professional communication to present and collaborate with stakeholders across teams and all levels Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
