\nYou will own the Bay Area startup market as Sprinto's dedicated Founding Account Executive in the region. This is not a role where you inherit a warm pipeline and work inbound leads. You are building from the ground up: sourcing your own pipeline, establishing Sprinto's presence in the Bay Area startup and technology ecosystem, and closing full-cycle deals independently.
Your buyers are founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Security at fast-growing tech startups with 20 to 500 employees. Deals average $3,000 to $8,000 in ACV on a 30 to 60 day sales cycle. The volume is high, the motion is consultative, and the pace is fast.
You will report directly to the Sales Director and work alongside the Bay Area Regional Leader. You will have direct visibility with the founding team, which means fast decisions, no bureaucracy, and real ownership of your market.
Full productivity expected by Month 3
Running independent discovery calls and product demonstrations
Maintaining healthy pipeline coverage
Managing a mix of self-sourced and company-generated opportunities
Consistently progressing opportunities through the funnel
Self-source pipeline through structured outbound execution
Run multi-channel prospecting across email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, and events
Convert event and community engagement into qualified meetings
Follow up quickly on inbound and partnership-generated opportunities
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
Conduct discovery conversations with founders, CTOs, and security leaders
Qualify opportunities using Sprinto's sales methodology
Deliver compelling product demonstrations
Manage stakeholders throughout the buying process
Drive opportunities from qualification through closed-won
Attend founder meetups, startup events, and Sprinto-hosted roundtables
Build relationships within the Bay Area startup ecosystem
Represent Sprinto professionally at events and partner engagements
Turn local market engagement into pipeline and revenue opportunities
