Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Development Manager for our Southeast territory. This is a REMOTE position in the Ingredients industry, and the candidate must have at least 5+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales, Account Management, Pricing and Food, Ingredients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the Southeast territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs, provide product information, and build rapport
  • Manage accounts and provide pricing quotes to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, and provide insights to the team
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide training and support to clients on product usage, ingredient functionality, and other related topics

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management in the ingredients industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of Food, Ingredients, Release Agents, Supplements, Human Nutrition, Bakery, Savory, and Beverage industries
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time)
