What you will do:

  • Regularly update transactions and enter account entries
  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, and emails
  • Process invoices, bills, and reports to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records
  • Conduct regular checking to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in financial data
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent Chinese and English communication skills (both at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience of working in a finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting entries
  • Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
