Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues related to electronic products and services.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to customers to help them navigate their technical challenges.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to refine support processes and improve service quality.
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good level of English proficiency.
- Prior experience in technical support or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while remaining self-motivated.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
