Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company’s products and services promptly.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve customer support skills.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and contribute to higher customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or IT is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
