Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system to ensure continuity.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to develop your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
