Job Description

Legility seeks an experienced Financial Services Attorney with NDA and commercial contracts experience to work with a large financial services corporation on Legility's Enterprise Legal Solutions Team (). The Financial Services Attorney will work with the client's NDAs that are being sent out as a part of the M&A process. This is a highly specialized position requiring in depth knowledge of NDAs related to financial services. Any experience working in/with investment banking or investment banking clients is preferred. The Financial Services Attorney will need to be willing to work in a team environment and be able to be adaptive, flexible, and responsive during normal business hours. Any experience with Quickbase software is preferred but not required.

This is a part-time or full-time role, depending on the Financial Services Attorney's preference, on contract and remote for an indefinite duration.

Requirements:

10+ years of legal experience working in house or with a large firm specifically with financial services matters including ample knowledge of NDAs as they relate to financial services deals and M&A matters
Any previous experience working in-house in/with investment banking or investment banking clients is preferred
Willingness to work in a team environment as part of Legility's Enterprise Legal Solutions team assigned to a specific, financial services client
Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and responsiveness with the ability to respond to client's requests in a timely manner during normal business hours
Knowledge or experience using Quickbase software is preferred but not required
Ability to work remotely and licensed in state of residence
