Description:Customer Risk Associate - The Customer Risk Associate, reporting to the Due Diligence Manager, will be responsible for conducting customer risk due diligence reviews.RESPONSIBLITIESo Review customer risk alerts on a daily basiso Fulfill quotas on alert volumeo Assess each alert for risk posed to the firm and escalate risk according to procedureo Assist Analysts and Management according to business needso Interact with internal and external partners as needed to research and resolve issueso Track work internally for individual and team operational performanceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONSo Bachelor's Degreeo Professional licenses/certifications (i.e., FINRA Series 7, ACAM, CFE) preferredo Minimum 3+ years of financial crimes alert processing/investigations experience preferredo Knowledge of the brokerage industry preferredo High level of analytical and problem-solving skillso Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and financial sanctions rules and regulations preferredo Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint)o Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of details and form depending on the audienceo Attention to detail and quality assuranceo Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines About Aston Carter: Aston Carter is a distinguished global provider of recruitment and staffing services to companies requiring highly specialized business professionals.
