As our Financial Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and efficiency.
- Data Validation & Reconciliation – Performing financial data validation and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Financial Reporting & Audit Participation – Assisting in the preparation and presentation of financial reports and supporting audit processes in alignment with IFRS.
- Closing Processes – Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities to ensure smooth and timely reporting.
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Process Improvement – Conducting various financial analyses and participating in internal financial projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality within the finance department.
- Compliance & Hands-On Support – Ensuring internal financial processes align with established procedures while maintaining a proactive, hands-on approach when needed.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid experience in financial controlling, reporting, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation and data validation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
- A proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude to tackle challenges effectively.
- Experience with financial systems and tools.
