The Credit Management Group evaluates the business justification for institutional bank credit The Bank of New York Mellon provides committed and uncommitted credit to support strategic clients. The Credit Management Group evaluates the business justification for institutional bank credit requests and ensures there is an alignment with the Banks credit strategy.Reviews the business justification including the transaction term sheets, client revenue trends, and opportunities to grow the relationship. Calculates the return on the required capital for the exposure. Evaluates client share of wallet relative to exposure. Analyzes trends in revenue/projections and provides a comparison to prior year forecasts. Works with business partners in Global Client Management and Investment Services to crystallize the business justification. Works on special projects which support the institution's credit strategy.
