**This role will be remote after a few days of training in the office!**A large bank in the Hillsboro, OR area is looking to hire Research & Remediation (Mortgage Administrative/Processing) candidates to join the team.Responsibilities:+ Candidates will be assisting the changed circumstance validation team within the Fee operations group.+ This team reviews and determines who is responsible for paying fees associated with active mortgages that impact borrowers.+ The team reviews loans to ensure that disclosures that are sent to the borrower, and fee changes on their loan, are compliant with TRID regulations.+ This position is very processing in nature. Some research/internal follow up may be required depending on the specific case. Employees will be working out of a queue of fee changes.Qualifications:+ 2+ years of experience within a business/financial setting: mortgage (this is a preferred), underwriting, quality assurance, claims, insurance.+ Bachelors degree is strongly preferred - ideally a business oriented degree+ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills+ High School Diploma or GED completedPay: $18.88/hr**If Interested:Contact Derek at .
