Finance Program Coordinator

Job Summary: The Finance Program Coordinator assists and provides support with administrative activities and maintenance of program budgets that include multiple projects. Essential Functions: Support Finance Leadership to coordinate deliverables and timelines for responding to requests for proposals/ applications/ information (RFP, RFA, RFI, etc) to procure new markets and diversify product offerings Support Finance Leadership in standing up and integrating/implementing new products Assist with the continuous improvement of program/project management best practices, processes, and tools Assist with the development and maintenance of the project schedule activities and deliverables Support maintenance of program budget Support the capture and consolidation of IMO, IT and business estimates for the program Assist with tracking, compiling, and reporting program and project metrics and budgets Assist with cross-functional communications Record, store, and distribute program meeting minutes Assist with the maintenance of program and project status reports Create and maintain program SharePoint site Assist with presentation materials, reports, briefing materials and other deliverables for programs and projects Perform any other job duties as requested Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required Minimum of one (1) year of program coordination experience is preferred Healthcare experience is preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc. Resourceful in gathering information Demonstrates problem solving skills Demonstrates interpersonal and relationship building skills Ability to effective interact with all levels within the organization Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills Customer service oriented Ability to work independently Quick learner; process oriented; highly organized and proactive Demonstrates a sense of urgency Basic understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, and development lifecycle Licensure and Certification: None Working Conditions: General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Compensation Range: $53,400.00 - $85,600.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
