Let's build something great together.What You'll Be Doing:Scale, develop and manage a team that provides quantitative and qualitative support to multiple GMs for key initiatives and decision support that drive business growth in support of the broader organization's vision.Become the Finance lead for the GMs your team is responsible for and collaborate with FP and the Finance Data team to build out reporting/analytics to help GMs to understand the key growth levers of their business. Outside of the GMs of these businesses, no one else should know this business better than you do.Lead annual budgets planning process for the business line, perform regular forecasts, and track past and future performance by partnering cross-functionally with sales, BD, product, engineering, delivery, and all other teams in the project workstream.Be the "CFO" of your respective business units, have full ownership of their P Work with cross-functional teams to track volumes, understand your margins, deliver forecasts, track and manage expenses. Help GMs define the KPIs for their businesses.Ensure that financial metrics from your business are properly communicated to leadership and the rest of finance and reflected accurately in our company forecast.Work with data providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated, and timely.We're Looking For Someone With:Highly analytical, strong attention to detail, and an ability to set and meet tight deadlinesSelf-starter who operates with some degree of autonomy, professionalism, and highly results-focused and deadline-drivenStrong interpersonal skills with experience in relationship-building and business partnershipExperience working with ambiguity, and a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver resultsAbility to build trusted and mutually beneficial relationships, effectively coordinating across various stakeholders to work collaborativelyIndustry experience in healthcare a plus5+ years' relevant experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, and/or corporate financeAt least 3 years managing a similar team with a proven track record of developing talentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups), Access, SQL, and/or VBAMBA preferred.
