Find us here: This is a virtual/remote position considering candidates who reside within the United States, ideally located in the Eastern or Central time zones What you will do The Financial/Data Analyst will be responsible for reporting and presentation of information related to Sensormatic pricing projects for objective and timely decision making. How you will do it Extraction of information from the different transactional systems of the organization Information cleaning based on technical and business criteria Preparation of information to be analyzed using different tools such as Microsoft Excel Use of different techniques to extract the most relevant indicators from the data Conduct quantitative and qualitative basic financial analysis of information and draw relevant conclusions for the business Support issue resolution for business owned data issues Review problems /repeat issues for the data elements, building & maintaining mapping tables as identified Provide profitability and margin analysis across multiple attributes: customer, product, geography, etc. Use of different techniques to extract the most relevant indicators from the data Support the organization in regular pricing reviews and price increase analyses Presentation of results using computer packages such as Microsoft PowerPoint at director and management levels Distribute via SharePoint, Microsoft Teams or any other electronic means the data analysis reports What we look for Required At least 2 years in similar positions and activities Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Finance or its equivalent of advanced university studies and experience in the position Advanced level in the use of Microsoft Power Point and Excel Excellent oral and written presentation skills ETL experience supporting data extraction, transformations and loading processing SQL skills required Experience supporting Data conversion and cleansing activities. Data Profiling, Data Validation Experience working with BA and PM to gather requirements, perform data discovery, understand data model Experience in Data Quality, Master Data Management data quality and BI analytics. Experience with Looker and BigQuery Power BI knowledge desirable Experience with Informatica is a plus Prior experience with financial or pricing analytics a plus Ability to understand complex business processes to derive conceptual and logical data models.
