Job Description

As a Field Sales Representative, you are responsible for introducing and selling Alliance Consumer Groups line of high quality, innovative products directly to current and potential customers. Field Sales Representatives are focused on excellent customer service. This position is a remote role. This is a commission paid role with an hourly base pay for the first three months. Computer and office equipment is not provided by ACG. Field Sales Representatives are employees with benefits and 401K. This position reports to a Team Leader in the Field Sales Team.

Field Sales Representatives are full time employees; Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00PM

Make a minimum of 7 outgoing phone contacts to the Customer Data Base each hour worked. This minimum increases to 10-12 calls per hour once experience increases

Document each call in Salesforce in order to maintain accurate records for future contacts made to the customer.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals; call volume goals and new customer acquisition goals.

Approximately 80% of your time will be dedicated to contacting customers, while 20% will be administrative in nature (entering orders into Salesforce, running reports, etc.)

Attend 3-4 hours per week of trainings and other meetings as required (some are optional, and some are mandatory)

Understand and be familiar with the entire line of products which will enable to you to sell them with confidence.

New Field Sales Representatives are expected to attend an intense training program designed to maximize your opportunity for success.

Minimum 2 years outbound calling sales experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.

Must have outstanding communication skills, specifically verbal communication.

Must be highly proficient in computer skills and be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
