We're looking for a driven and creative Field Marketing Specialist to join our team and own our on-the-ground marketing presence with a strong focus on New York City. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of events, sales, and partnerships, requiring someone equally comfortable negotiating a venue contract and briefing a sales rep before a dinner.
You'll be responsible for designing and executing unforgettable experiences, from large-scale conferences to intimate executive dinners.
Own end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, lunch-and-learns, and hosted executive dinners
Manage event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, booth design, staffing, catering, and post-event follow-up
Build and maintain a calendar of New York-area events that keeps our brand consistently present in the market
Track event ROI and report on pipeline influenced, leads generated, and revenue attributed to field programs
Partner closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and tailor event and outreach strategies to move them through the funnel
Develop and execute territory-based campaigns that complement field events and drive qualified pipeline
2+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally in a B2B environment
Based in New York City or the immediate metro area
Proven track record owning events from concept through execution, including large conferences and high-touch experiential dinners
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust with sales teams and operate as a true business partner
Experience working with HubSpot
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is also eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity.
