Position Overview: (Remote Uk)

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of the company’s marketing strategies in France. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creating and executing effective field marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

This individual will work closely with colleagues across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales Development to build coordinated, optimized, integrated campaigns to drive pipeline growth that is in lock step with GTM priorities across the commercial organization. They will generate inbound traffic through the optimization of the company websites and field marketing campaigns, events and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline across new logos and expansion of existing accounts, including generating marketing-qualified leads, by building connected customer journeys through the buying cycle via multi-channel online and offline progrms 
  • Plan and execute a variety of field marketing events, such as webinars, events and localized content
  • Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance
  • Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, e.g., paid media performance, analyzing landing page and email best practices
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between field marketing activities and sales objectives, providing the necessary support for lead generation and conversion
  • Work in partnership with our Digital team to build and track SEO and SEM campaigns, developing content and campaigns based on keyword research

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Previous experience in Field Marketing, Customer Marketing or similar related positions within a SaaS environment
  • Proficient in French Language - you will communicate with customers in French on a daily basis 
  • Experience utilizing modern platforms across the MarTech stack including Marketing Automation (eg Marketo) and
  • Experience building ABM strategies and campaigns
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyse data and use as the basis to make data led decisions
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • 3+ years experience required.
