Responsibilities:
Fidelis is looking for a seasoned Federal Account Manager to focus on the US Navy. Responsibilities include establishing Fidelis presence and driving sales activities in the designated geography. Individual will be expected to penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with key partners and the Channel Sales Manager. Responsible for sales of all Fidelis technologies, products and services.

This is an ideal role for an experienced candidate who understands the Federal government procurement programs, Federal reseller ecosystem, and ability to work in a channel driven sales model. The Account Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Tech Support to meet the company' goals. The person hired for this role will have a significant impact driving new pipeline and as such will have the opportunity to be seen by Senior Management.

About You:

The successful candidate will have strong self-initiative and be excited to be a part of a fast paced growing team within an emerging market and possess:

Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" and "get the job done" attitude

Proven Federal sales experience (5-8 years minimum) growing and managing US Navy, US Marine Corps, PACOM, MDA, DTRA, DREN.

Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)

Strong background in Federal sales and procurement

Security Software experience preferred

Completely invested in driving both individual contributor and team success

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

Qualifications:
Proven experience (5-8 years minimum) growing and managing Navy and Marine Corps

Deep Knowledge of DOD/Navy agencies sales and associated contracting mechanisms, GSA, special programs, and obstacles within the Federal procurement process

Proven track record for meeting sales quota in a broad, diverse and complex market

Ability to establish and cultivate strong direct customer and Partner focused relationships and work seamlessly within a matrix environment

Experience working within (url removed)

Proven ability to forecast, set goals & objectives and monitor sales activity
