About the job:

Role: Family Care Associate - Back Office
Work Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Mountain Time (MST) or Pacific Time (PST)
Salary Range: US$1,200.00 - US$1,500.00 per month
(dependent on skills and experience)

We are seeking a Family Care Associate - Back Office to play an impactful role in enabling underserved families to take the most transformative step of their lives to access care for their little ones. You will have the opportunity to work with an energizing, compassionate team to drive great impact and gain exposure to all company functions.

Key responsibilities:

Own and drive the family care experience: Your role will revolve around communicating with families and setting rigorous expectations. You’ll be in charge of managing the family care pipeline with our clinical team

Uplift our families: You’ll guide families through the healthcare maze. You are their biggest cheerleader during the highest highs and lowest lows.

Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll be a critical voice for collaboration among initiatives to further our mission. Highly team up with our Clinical Team, Product, and Documentation.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric Focus: This role places a strong focus on facilitating family learners’ experience through training and certification. This can mean (but is not limited to) customer service, account management, sales, or customer success-type roles.
  • Project Management and Execution: You’re someone who knows their way around complex and cross-functional initiatives, and has a meticulous eye for detail and order.
  • Compassionate and Empathetic: This role needs someone who really cares about the most vulnerable and underserved, who most often have little access to healthcare.
  • Flexible and Energized: There are numerous different cases that require extra attention, love, and support. Having a 9-5 mindset means that some of these families may not get the care and empowerment they need, and it’s something that we need to be sensitive about
