This role contacts leads through, but not limited to, outbound cold-calling efforts, email campaigns, inbound leads, and responds to customer inquiries for information about Truckstop.com Factoring.Essential Job Functions:Achieve monthly quota of Qualified Leads (demos, appointments) by initiating calls to prospective clients every day.Manage lead, opportunity, and development pipeline in multiple systems.Accurate record sales and summarize interaction with customers.Qualify outbound leads and prospects via phone and email, identifying key decision makers, business pain points, the size of the opportunity, budget, and purchase timeframes.Direct and assist customers to the Factoring application link.Target new leads daily to build sales pipeline.Send emails and make prospecting calls, to peak interest in learning more about Truckstop.com Factoring.Partner with Factoring Account Executive(s) and help nurture early stage opportunitiesBecome well-informed about the industry and Truckstop.com's products and services.Exemplify Truckstop.com's core values and behaviors.Ability to adapt and be an early adopter of changeHave the drive to achieve results; Play to WinOther duties as assigned.Position Requirements:High school diplomaAbility to exhibit a high level of professionalism and a true desire to speak to prospective clientsMust be able to quickly articulate business benefits and functionality of software solutionsMust be able to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business needs and sales opportunitiesMust be able to quickly and effectively collect information on a company and navigate to the correct personMust be driven to reach personal and team assigned goalsAbility to multi-task projects simultaneously.This is an inside sales role with high output on outbound dials.Strong written, verbal and presentation / communication skills, including both executive and technical audiencesProficient with the Microsoft Office suite and basic spreadsheets, with strong attention to detailPreferred: Experience in carrying and reaching a quota salesPreferred: Bilingual Spanish / EnglishMust be or become familiar with company products and navigate the company's programs and systems in a reasonable amount of time. Manage own time to meet department goals and deadlines. Maintain cooperative effective working relationships within the company. Exhibit at high level of professionalism, passion, ethics, trust and commitment to an upstart team approach.Physical Demands:Minimum physical exertion. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 5 pounds on a regular basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, 10-key calculator and copier/fax.Work Environment:The working conditions will vary between an office environment and a remote home environment. The ideal protected indoor work environment is a clean, non-hazardous work area.
