If you're looking for a place to launch your career and expand upon your current financial services experience and skills, our leadership roles will offer you the opportunity to delve into a variety of work and make a lasting impact on financial advisors working with our organization.The Main Responsibilities:Manage the day to day front-line operation of the team, leading with heart and integrity at all timesCoach and develop both new and experienced team members based on where they are in their career to meet their individual and team goalsMonitor workflow in order to maintain/exceed the business service level agreementsBring a strong client-first mindset on the team, while teaching associates how to emotionally connect with our clientsBuild, execute and improve processesIdentify, analyze and solve problemsEnsure team is meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPI's) such as productivity, accuracy, and quality service standardsBecome a subject matter expert in account opening procedures, products and workflow systemsEffectively handle/resolve escalated or complex customer issuesCommunicate effectively with peers and leaders in order to create an excellent customer service experience consistent with the AssetMark core values.What we look for in a candidate:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA Series 6 license may be required for certain teams (we will accept a Series 7 if you already hold a current one)If required and you do not possess a minimum of a Series 6 license upon hire, then you will be required to obtain the Series 6 within 90 days of hireMinimum of 5+ years financial services/insurance/investments industry experience is requiredProven people leadership experience, minimum of 2+ yearsPrevious operational or data processing or case management experienceHigh level of organizational and time management skillsStrong ability to work remotely and have a self-starter mentalityAchievements in highly dynamic customer service background - displays passion and a heart for serviceStrong written and oral communication skillsExercises strong decision-making skillsEnergetic, eager to learn, willing to cooperateAdaptable to changeHas a passion for self-improvementAssetMark, Inc. is a leading strategic provider of groundbreaking investment and consulting solutions created to serve independent financial advisors and help them create great outcomes for their clients.
