Executive Director of Operations

The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the full operational function of Revenue Cycle Management, with a focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, revenue optimization, and strategic business growth. This role partners closely with the CEO, COO, and department leaders to align daily operations with company goals, drive performance through KPIs and data-driven decision-making, strengthen client relationships, and lead high-impact initiatives that improve processes, service delivery, compliance, and overall business performance. The Executive Director of Operations also provides leadership, mentorship, and accountability to operations leaders while fostering a collaborative, results-driven, and high-performing team culture.
