  • Monitor and manage the primary inbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Prioritize, flag, and delegate emails as necessary to streamline communication.
  • Draft and send emails on behalf of the owner/director.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
  • Handle correspondence and follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Provide support for vineyard-specific tasks such as event coordination, inventory checks, or customer communications.
  • Help with ad hoc tasks related to production, marketing, or logistics as they arise.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Order supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary. • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
  • Experience in a small business or family-run environment is advantageous. • Proficiency in email management tools (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other organizational tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take on diverse tasks as needed.
