- Monitor and manage the primary inbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prioritize, flag, and delegate emails as necessary to streamline communication.
- Draft and send emails on behalf of the owner/director.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
- Handle correspondence and follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Provide support for vineyard-specific tasks such as event coordination, inventory checks, or customer communications.
- Help with ad hoc tasks related to production, marketing, or logistics as they arise.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Order supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary. • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
- Experience in a small business or family-run environment is advantageous. • Proficiency in email management tools (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other organizational tools is a plus.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take on diverse tasks as needed.
