About the job:

Role: Executive Assistant for Recruitment

Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Eastern Time (ET) or Pacific Time (PT)

Salary Range: up to USD1600 a month (depending on skills and experience, with growth opportunities as the business scales up)

We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant with expertise in Recruitment, who will play a crucial role in the overall success of the recruitment team by sourcing top-notch talents in the market.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Executive Assistant, your role is vital in supporting the recruiting team. You'll focus on finding top-tier candidates for various roles. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing sourcing strategies for critical sales and GTM positions.
  • Maintaining a passive candidate database.
  • Collaborating on tailored outreach strategies.
  • Screening inbound resumes.
  • Managing candidate progress and status.
  • Coordinating interview schedules.
  • Facilitating candidate communications.
  • Assisting with candidate pre-briefs and debriefs.
  • Handling calendar management.
  • Drafting communication emails.

Immediate Tasks for the 1st week:

  • Build trust and rapport with the team.
  • Support sourcing strategies, interview coordination, demo days, candidate prep, inbox management, and other tasks.
  • Assist with company projects and objectives as needed.


We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup.
  • Time Zone: Ability to work in US time zones (ET, CT, PT).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Thoroughly screen resumes to align with company culture.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Confidentiality: Treat sensitive information with utmost care.
  • Organization: Highly organized, skilled in prioritizing tasks.
  • Growth Mindset: Desire to learn, open to feedback for personal development.

Work device requirement: Please be advised that the client will not provide a work device; you must already have the equipment and internet connection needed to assume the role.
