Job Details

Job Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for establishing new escrow files and process escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Problem solver, using your industry knowledge to identify potential issues; recognizing what's wrong, knowing how to fix it and avoiding unnecessary delays.
  • Constant learner, staying on top of changing rules and regulations to avoid setbacks and enable transactions to close on time.
  • Working closely with clients, lenders, realtors, internal staff, and other parties to ensure a timely closing transaction.

Job Qualifications include:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior closing experience preferred
  • Ramquest knowledge preferred
  • Real Estate Experience welcome
  • Notary (Preferred)
