HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Drive the implementation of the Dynamics ERP roadmap

Bring best in class thinking on Dynamics F to our ERP

Manage the overall daily tactical operation and support of our ERP system

Supervise the ERP related activities of the IT Business Analysts and coordinate their workloads

Support robust, adaptable, and democratized access to ERP data and reports

Engage with end users, assess requirements, lead analysis of those requirements and deliver solutions

Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the ERP system and develop strategies to improve and further leverage the system

Provide functional architecture recommendations for new business initiatives and improvements of existing architecture

Participate in the ERP steering committee and contribute to overall roadmap planning and execution

Identify technical risks and work with the IT team to provide mitigation strategies

Train end users to operate new and modified processes within the ERP system

Lead the ERP support efforts internally and via partners

Provide best practices and standards guidance to development teams relating to enhancements, integrations, and business analytics

Drive clear and concise internal communication on project status, timelines, and roadmaps

Create and maintain system documentation & training guides and deliver training to end users

Provide updates to the CIO, and the Executive Team on the status of all ERP projects and plans

EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS JOB

4+ years of experience with Dynamics AX and at least 2 years with D365 F in the cloud

At least 1 year of experience working with D365 reporting and data including the use of external reporting and/or databases

Prior experience with multiple MS Dynamics ERP implementations

Knowledge in the areas of Finance, Job Cost, Procurement and Equipment modules

Ability to learn complex business processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High degree of customer service focus and strong communication skills

Strong problem solving and conceptualization skills

Experience with structured change control processes

General Finance/Accounting experience a big plus

Experience in the management or supervision of people a plus

Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
