As an Entry Level Recruiter at Avior, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and interviewing candidates as you develop relationships with key players in the financial services and wealth management markets. You'll get to know incredibly successful professionals as you seek to understand their professional vision and help them expedite their career progression. The Entry Level Recruiter role requires initiative, an aptitude for sales, a strong work ethic and superior interpersonal skills. You'll be talking to people all day, every day, so your ability to establish rapport, continually network and maintain an organized and methodical process will be key to your success. You bring the drive and passion and we'll give you all the tools, coaching and ongoing professional development needed to be a top recruiter. This is an essential position for Avior; as such, the Entry Level Recruiter has the potential to advance to a senior role within the firm.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in Spanish and or Portuguese.
  • Current or previous experience in financial services, brokerage, financial advisory or banking.
  • Extensive social media and digital marketing knowledge.
  • Ambitious self-starter capable of working independently in a remote, home-based office.
  • Desire to relentlessly succeed prospecting for top talent.
  • Drive to flourish in a fast paced, high call volume sales environment.
  • Previous research experience with various social media and marketing tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn etc.
  • Ability to generate 200 targeted new recruiting calls weekly.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

You will be trusted to:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and continuous recruitment plan.
  • Develop, create and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate media.
  • Source and recruit candidates through referrals, databases, social media and various tools and technology.
  • Conduct telephone and/or video interviews.
  • Vet candidates' relevant knowledge, expertise, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Establish and maintain candidate relationships.
