Job Description

What you'll do As a Technical Architect, you will responsible for designing and delivery of cloud-based solutions and technologies to support enterprise client service needs. This will not be limited to Salesforce Service Cloud. It also requires the Architect to maintain understanding of cloud computing eco-systems that include BPM, ITSM and development of cross-cloud architecture solutions.
