Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive - Remote

Department: Gig Economy

Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Work From Anywhere in the U.S.

About The Role:

As a n Enterprise Sales Executive on our Gig Economy team, you will be responsible for building out your book of business and meeting/exceeding an annual new business target quota. This position involves face to face interaction (virtual at this time) with potential Gig Economy prospects and clients on a regular basis to both build a network of business and ultimately drive company revenue.

This Is What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Identify, prospect and close new accounts in the Gig Economy space

  • Review and analyze market data to develop and implement own business plan
  • Utilize company resources and sales tools to maximize sales effectiveness
  • Understand the organizational dynamics of clients in the Gig space
  • Probe to identify key decision makers and identify what they need
  • Develop and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and advice

  • Coordinate processes with internal, external and/or third parties when necessary
  • Participate in our structured Sales Training programs to improve sales performance

This Is What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience and experience selling to HR is preferred
  • At least 1 - 2 years of Enterprise Sales experience
  • Prior sales experience in the Gig Economy is strongly preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience selling consulting, research services, or background screening services is ideal
  • Articulate complex concepts and business solutions clearly through demos and proposals

  • Ability to navigate within large multi-product organizations and close large deals
  • Experience closing deals requiring integrations and use of API technology
  • Demonstrated history of sales success in in a cloud-based SaaS environment
  • Consistent overachievement of quota / revenue goals with documented accomplishments

  • Analyze prospect's business processes and design solutions that best meet their needs
  • Develop relationships that will result in new business sales and referrals
  • Deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and advice
  • Solid experience using Salesforce, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and other technology
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred
  • No current travel is required, but when resumed, up to 25%
