We are at the final stages of launching and now looking for a Go-to-market (GTM) Director to oversee developing, enabling, and managing partner sales channels to meet defined product booking and revenue goals.

- Experience leading partner enabled sales channels
- Experience developing ROI and outcome-based value propositions with proven ability to create competitive positioning and differentiation
- Advanced/specialist knowledge of one or more of the following areas of technologies Intelligent Network Automation, Product Engineering, Cloud, IoT
- Senior executive presence and credibility - interest and passion toward engaging senior level executives in grasping and enabling fundamentals of business change
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Exceptional client management skills, channel sales and business development experience
- Strong leadership skills, driving outcomes through highly diverse teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly matrixed global environment
- Proactively develop, enable, and manage partner sales channels to meet product sales and revenue goals
- Work with product marketing, PLM, and engineering teams to support partner sales teams in crafting winning sales strategies and value
