The Enterprise Program Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects tied to Penn Foster's strategic themes and focus areas. During planning cycles, the EPMO will work closely with the product team, requestors/deputies and the Investment Committee (I/C) to align on project requests, selection and prioritization. Post project approval, they will work with department/workstream leads to report on project status and provide an escalation path for risks and issues. You will act as a workstream lead within the larger Project Management Organization and will be responsible for directly managing their own set of projects in support of cross-functional initiatives. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining tools, templates, and processes to ensure project management best practices are being followed.
